02-03-08 Police Brutally Strip Search Victim - Stark County Sherrif's Department use excessive force against the victim of an assault after she mistakingly gives them her deceased sister ID. They then take her into custody ask her their standard questions and then after answering the victim is stripped "for her own safety" by men and women and left in a cold jail cell for 6 hours where she wrapped herself in toilet paper to keep warm and prevent others from seeing her nude body. She was denied medical attention for her injuries and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
